How do I pay?
In order to secure your dates, we will need 3 payments; €50 non-refundable deposit to be paid immediately. Within 7 days of the event, the 50% balance unless otherwise agreed. In case of damages to the equipment, we require an additional fully refundable damages deposit of €100 which will be paid at the latest, on the day of the event, this will be returned to you when we collect the next day. We will provide you with a contract and inventory list on the delivery day. In order to confirm the reservation we will need a photographic ID and one proof of address.
What happens with the damages deposit?
We require a fully refundable damages deposit of €100 which is payable at the latest, on the delivery day. We do not expect you to wash any of the equipment however should any of the equipment be excessively dirty, damaged or lost items, we will deduct the extra cleaning charges and repair costs from the deposit. We will provide you with a contract and inventory list on the delivery day.
Cancellation and refunds policy
Unfortunately we cannot cancel events within 7 days and we cannot refund any money. If you need to change the dates before the 7 days, we will transfer the €50 booking deposit but we cannot guarantee any specific dates as we do get booked up months in advance. If you are worried about this please contact us as we really want your children to have their party and will do our best to try to accommodate you.
